LABYRINTH MASQUERADE BALL 2007

Our first event was an ambitious all-nighter, held in a charming rustic-styled 3 storey pub in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. It featured several parlour games and social dances, best dressed awards and card games. 
The bistro was open over dinner, serving basic hot food meals. 
In the wee hours of the morning the remaining guests sprawled on 
the carpets to relax, play games and watch the big screen TV. 


The staff of the Bull and Bear were fantastic and very supportive 
of our first-time venture and Golden Owl Events has hosted 
several functions and meetings at the venue since.


The Labyrinth Masquerade was run entirely by untrained volunteers on 
a tiny shoestring budget, yet the event was successful and well-received. 
We were encouraged by so much positive feedback to set our sights even higher for the next event, so the hunt for a ballroom venue began...
